Supervise your caseload, nurturing the growth and development of LPNs and Home Health Aides, as we cultivate a team of caregivers. • Active RN License in the state of service. 
• One year RN nursing experience or three years LPN/LVN nursing experience providing direct patient care in a home care setting.
• Must obtain and maintain CPR Certification 
• Valid Driver’s License
