RN, Float Home Care Team Overland Park, KS. - KANSAS CITY HOSPICE & PALLIATIVE CARE.

Join our team as a Registered Nurse (RN) Float with a $5,000 sign-on bonus! We provide expert care and support to those affected by serious illness or grief in the Kansas City area.

Position Highlights:

• Full-time hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with some flexibility.
• Occasional Saturday requirement (every 5-6 weeks).
• Responsibilities include admitting patients and supporting RN Case Managers with home visits.

Ideal Candidate:

• Current RN license in Kansas and Missouri.
• Minimum one year of experience with actively dying patients preferred.
• Home Health or Hospice experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and reliable transportation required.
