Salary: $70,200 - $99,372/year

We are seeking a Director of Nursing (RN) for a state-of-the-art memory care facility. This role offers a $15,000 sign-on bonus and involves overseeing staffing, training, and the quality of resident care services.

Responsibilities:

Manage staff training, scheduling, and personnel functions.

Evaluate residents upon admission and conduct assessments.

Serve as the Nursing Department spokesperson for health matters.

Prepare and manage the facility budget.

Oversee nursing department operations.

Qualifications:

Current RN license required.

Two years of supervisory nursing experience.

Clinical experience in Assisted Living preferred.

Knowledge of relevant regulations and proficiency in electronic medical records.
