RN / Director of Clinical Operations - Hospice - Hunter Selection

Overview: The Director, Clinical Operations oversees hospice clinical services, establishing and evaluating goals to ensure quality care and alignment with organizational philosophy.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate patient services and guide clinical personnel.
• Assist in managing clinical teams and budget preparation.
• Evaluate performance of Clinical Supervisors and clinicians.
• Ensure compliance with laws and maintain clinical records.
• Develop training programs and promote hospice referrals.

Qualifications:

• Registered nurse with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Three years of management experience preferred.
• Experience in hospice or related healthcare.
• Strong communication and business management skills.
