RN-Coordinator-PCU - Northeast Alabama Regional Medical Center

Supervise the PCU unit daily operations and, as directed by the physician, performs patient care, according to established standards and practice.

Schedules and adjusts staffing based on patient volumes and acuity.
Reviews HCAHPS scores and assists in developing and implementing plans to help units perform at a top level.
Performs daily rounds to assess patients’ needs and resolve any customer service issues.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills with staff, physicians, and other procedural/nursing units.
Provide direct patient care if needed.
Oversees staff competency and education requirements.
Assists Manager with staff performance evaluations.

Valid Alabama RN license. Current BLS
Prefer PCU experience and Leadership experience.
