RN Clinical Manager | Aesthetics and Wellness - ChromePMS

Are you a Registered Nurse (RN) with leadership experience and a passion for aesthetics and wellness? Join our client's dynamic team as a Clinical Manager, where you'll oversee clinical operations, staff development, and innovative treatments in a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Management:
  • Recruit, train, and manage clinical staff.
  • Develop and implement clinic policies and protocols.
  • Manage budgets and drive operational improvements.
• Clinical Operations:
  • Oversee scheduling, inventory, and patient flow.
  • Provide direct treatments, including medical weight loss, IV therapy and hormone replacement therapy.
• Quality Assurance:
  • Familiarity with ICD-10 codes and utilization review processes.
  • Ensure compliance with medical standards and best practices.

Key Qualifications

• Education: Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years in a clinical environment.
  • At least 1 year in aesthetics, wellness, or primary care.
  • Proven management experience (minimum 1 year).
• Skills:
  • Strong critical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage clinical operations efficiently.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $65,000–$75,000+ annually.
• PTO: Starts at 16 days/year

• Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, occasional Saturdays (8:45 AM–1:00 PM).
