HIT Specialists is seeking a RN Clinical Account Representative to support our Albuquerque, NM area. Join us in Simplifying Complex Care!

The Position:

The clinical account representative develops and maintains relationships with physicians, social workers, discharge planners and other targeted referral sources to gather all pertinent discharge information while working collaboratively with patients and clinical staff and providing coordination of care to ensure a smooth transition from a medical facility back into the home.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting and supporting providers, social workers, discharge planners and other referral sources with the identification of appropriate infusion therapy candidates.
• Identifying new business opportunities within assigned accounts and actively pursuing them.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets by effectively selling the company's infusion services.
• Collaborating with internal teams, including clinical and operations to ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery of services.
• Staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments, as well as company products and services.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Interacting directly with patients providing details of HIT Specialists services and answering their questions.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience in hospital, home health, or ambulatory care setting.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess a valid and current driver's license and auto insurance.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

License/Certification:

• Active, unrestricted New Mexico Registered Nursing (RN) license in good standing.

• BLS Certification (Required) ACLS (Preferred)

• Possess a valid and current driver's license and auto insurance.

Job Type - Full-time (Salary + Commission)

Pay: $92,000.00 - $131,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday during business hours
• Occasional weekends
