RN Case Manager - Trauma Unit - Days - Staffline

We have an exciting opportunity for a Full-time RN Case Manager in Oklahoma City, OK, working with the Trauma Unit team from 8a-4:30p. The role involves managing clinical and financial outcomes for assigned patients, coordinating care, and facilitating timely discharges. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive patient assessments.
• Coordinating transfers and discharge plans.
• Communicating care plans with patients and healthcare professionals.
• Ensuring appropriate resource utilization.
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives.

Applicants should have 5 years of clinical experience, current RN licensure in Oklahoma, and strong communication skills. A BSN and Case Management Certification are preferred.
