Position Summary: Seeking an RN Case Manager for a 13-week assignment in an acute care setting, focusing on DCP.

Qualifications:

• Minimum: CA RN license
• Preferred: Previous Kaiser experience

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, 40 hours/week, EOW

Systems: Epic
