Position Summary: The RN Case Manager will focus on care coordination, discharge planning, and developing patient care plans.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2 years of case management experience
• Prior travel experience
• Recent Epic experience
• WA RN License
• BLS certification
• BSN or Associate's Degree in Nursing

Assignment Length: 13 weeks

Shift: 8-hour days, 40 hours per week
