Overview: Registered Nurse Case Manager Needed - Los Angeles, CA

Job Details

• Setting: Acute Care Hospital 
• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 8 Hour Days | 40 hours per week
  • will work multiple floors M-F 8-5 every other weekend

 

• Additional Details:
  •  Discharge Planning
  • EMR: Epic 
  • Prefer someone with Neuro experience 
  • Inpatient RN CM Float 

Job Requirements:

• Required Skills: California RN License
• 2 of years’ experience in Case Management
