RN Case Manager. - Jet Health Inc.

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RN) Case Managers to join our team, offering full-time, part-time, and PRN positions. Ideal candidates will provide quality home health care to community-based patients in Aurora, Centennial, Glendale, Englewood, and surrounding areas.

Requirements include:

• Current State or Compact RN License
• Minimum one year of clinical experience preferred
• OASIS knowledge highly preferred
• Valid state driver's license and automobile liability insurance
• Knowledge of HCHB EMR desired
