Key Responsibilities:

• Administer skilled nursing care and case management
• Lead an Interdisciplinary Team

Qualifications:

• Current RN License and nursing degree
• Minimum one year of clinical experience

Location: Grand Rapids, MI. Office hours are Monday to Friday, with weekend and on-call rotations.
