RN Behavioral Health Case Manager - Home Health (Contract to Hire) - Bryant Staffing Solutions

The Behavioral Health RN's primary role is to function independently in providing comprehensive care to patients who are experiencing mental illness - both acute and chronic disease states.
 

• 2+ years of experience with Behavioral Health, Mental Health, and/or Psych Patients within the last 3 years 
• Associate's Degree in Nursing, BSN is preferred
• State of Ohio Registered Nurse license
• Mental Health requires initial approval/certification by Medicare fiscal intermediary (Palmetto)
• BLS Certification
• Valid Driver's License

• Experience working as part of a team and working effectively with persons and communities from diverse cultural, social, and ethnic backgrounds.  
• Ability to work in a complex institutional structure requiring significant collaboration. 
• Strong planning and organizational skills.  
• Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, within strict time parameters, and with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality. 
• Bilingual a plus
