Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a need for a Ausitm Services Navigator/Case Managers. These will be completely remote positions, working entirely from the Nurse’s home. In support of TRICARE beneficiaries enrolled in the Autism Care Demonstration (ACD), the Autism Services Navigator (ASN) collaborates and oversees the assessment, planning, facilitation, care coordination, evaluation, and advocacy for options and services for TRICARE beneficiaries diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). The ASN works to meet individual or families’ comprehensive health needs through communication and guidance regarding available resources to promote quality, cost-effective outcomes. ASN's are responsible for awareness regarding the scope of practice of their state of licensure. ASN’s are dedicated advocates for our ACD families, helping them to address barriers to care and finding services to support them.
Education & Experience
Required:
- Current unrestricted licensure in an appropriate state or territory of the United States, as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Registered Nurse, Clinical Psychologist, or other licensed mental health professionals who possess a Certification in Case Management (CCM).
- Three years full-time equivalent of direct clinical care to the consumer.
- Clinical experience in pediatrics, behavioral health, and/or ASD; a healthcare environment; and proven care management experience.
- The ability to obtain an industry-recognized certification in case management within four (4) years of hire.
- Must be able to receive favorable Interim and adjudicated final Department of Defense (DOD) background investigation.
- U.S. Citizenship.
Preferred:
- Two years’ experience working with those diagnosed with ASD and/or the TRICARE ACD.
- Two years case management experience.
- Possess industry-recognized case manager certification.
