Job Title: RN Assistant Nurse Manager of Emergency Department

Location: Hinsdale, IL

Salary: $42.50 - $63.75 per hour

Responsibilities:

Assist the Nurse Manager in overseeing daily operations of the Emergency Department

Supervise nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care

Coordinate patient flow and manage staffing levels

Participate in staff training and development programs

Implement policies and procedures to enhance departmental efficiency

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes

Address patient and family concerns effectively

Qualifications:

Current RN license in Illinois

Previous experience in emergency nursing preferred

Strong leadership and communication skills
