As a Risk Manager,  you will oversee the evaluation of events and trends to mitigate risks within the organization. You'll keep staff informed about potential risks and make recommendations to minimize their occurrence. Additionally, you'll conduct orientation and training sessions on Corporate Compliance, HIPAA, and Risk Management to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and promote a culture of safety and compliance.

• Review, investigate, and report on events, including allegations of rights violations, abuse, neglect, and grievances, ensuring thorough documentation and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Collect, evaluate, and report data on incidents, adverse events, seclusion, restraint, and staff injuries, providing insights to mitigate risks and improve safety measures.
• Assist with internal audits and maintain organized documentation for timely and accurate reporting to corporate and external entities.
• Ensure incident reports are reviewed daily and prepared for discussion with management while maintaining communication with leadership and other stakeholders.
• Manage filing, presentation preparation, and report collection in an organized and timely manner to support effective compliance and risk management practices.

Education

• Requires a bachelor’s degree.

Experience

• Requires a minimum of two years current experience in risk management, compliance, or related field.
