Risk and Control/Front Office Supervisor - SGA Inc.

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Risk and Control/Front Office Supervisor for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier Financial Services clients in Stamford, CT. Hybrid schedule 2x weekly onsite

Responsibilities :

• Risk and Control, Front Office Supervision and Records Management
• Contribute to the Rules Mapping project
• Month end Risk and Control Reporting and Metrics
• Front Office Supervision Reporting (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Assist in SOC1 reporting reviews
• Data Analysis

• 8+ years of experience; at least 4 in financial services
• Experience in US Regulatory rules for broker dealers or financial institutions
• Experience in Risk Management in 1 LOD or 2 LOD role, Operational Risk, Controls and Supervision & Conduct.
• Experience in Reporting and MI
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively and persuasively with wide range of stakeholders of all levels. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• You are a self-starter and can learn quickly, overseeing complex matters
• You have excellent communication, planning and organizational skills and are able efficiently in multi-cultural and diverse environment
• You have the ability to perform under pressure and think strategically
• Strategic and business context understanding
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively and persuasively with wide range of stakeholders of all levels
