Century Engineering, Inc., is seeking a talented Right-of-Way Agent III for its Dover, DE office. This position provides administrative support to the group and assists with various Right-of-Way (ROW) assignments such as real estate acquisition, relocation advisory assistance and property management administration. This position will support acquisition efforts for public, power and private clients. It offers the opportunity for both office work and field work. Projects and clients include DelDOT capital projects, active transportation projects, power and pipeline projects, and private developers.
Job Responsibilities:

Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Experience in real estate acquisitions, negotiations, valuations, appraisal reviews, and filing documents.
- Experience with Office 365 products and other computer aids.
- Real estate license in Delaware. Notary in the state of Delaware.
