Job Title: Rhapsody Development and Support
Location: Jackson-MS (Onsite)
Duration: 2+ years

Job Requisites:

• Must have minimum 5 years experience with Rhapsody Integration Engine in State Dept of Health agency or public entities.
• Experience with Rhapsody architectural design.
• Experience with Rhapsody software development and project management.
• Contractor must have a minimum of three years of experience implementing HL7 2.X data interfaces complying with CDC / CMS Promoting Interoperability standards, HL7 CDA Clinical Document Architecture (CDA) eICR standards, and Electronic Test Orders and Results (ETOR) standards and operations.
  
  The end-product(s) of the Contractor’s efforts will be:

1. In collaboration with MSDH OHIT and other MSDH Rhapsody uses (MSPHL, Vital Stats, OCD, Lead, etc) and

• using the CDC Rhapsody Assessment as a guide, develop and implement (utilizing the contractor’s resources) a plan
• for Rhapsody architecture and coding updates and enhancements

1. In collaboration with MSDH OHIT and OCD, develop and implement a Rhapsody resource plan and support plan for

• supporting OCD program-level interoperability efforts

1. Provide Rhapsody architecture and coding services to implement required changes to stabilize the existing instanceof Rhapsody.

1. Project management and oversight of all efforts above.
