RGM & FP&A Senior Financial Analyst - Brown-Forman

Meaningful Work From Day One
This position will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) methodology as well as supporting all financial planning and analysis (FP&A) functions for GTR. Key to this will be the deployment of new tools and processes to provide data-driven insights to the commercial, finance, and marketing teams across the Global Travel Retail (GTR) region.
You will work with the RGM & FP&A Manager and collaborate with regional Finance Managers to ensure the initiatives are implemented successfully. This position will be responsible for the administration of the financial planning, analysis (FP&A) and reporting activities within GTR, including forecasting, P&L reports, spend trackers and T&E management. You also will support the Marketing team for finance related activities and needs, such as A&P planner maintenance, T&E management, and ad hoc requests.
This position will report directly to the GTR RGM & FP&A Manager.
What You Can Expect
Revenue Growth Management (RGM)
+ Develop, maintain, and embed RGM tools and metrics across the region
+ Liaise with Advanced Analytics team and IT to utilize data and create dashboards for analyzing, measuring, and reporting
+ Assist in maintaining tools for customer pricing and negotiation support
+ Provide analysis and insights across the RGM levers
+ Collaborate with the Commercial team to execute PICOS and maintain PICOS reporting tools
Financial Planning and Analysis
+ Manage and maintain the tools and processes needed to effectively forecast for the GTR region on a quarterly basis, including reporting of forecast for review meetings and presentations of plans. Partner with sub-region teams to develop tools needed for quarterly forecasts and strategic long-term planning
+ Support RGM & FP&A Manager in reviewing forecasts, understanding and challenging key assumptions, and assessing risks
+ Support RGM & FP&A Manager in the planning and management of all overheads and operating expenses across GTR
Reporting
+ Update charts and slides for the Monthly Business Report/Quarterly Business Report decks, incorporating impactful visuals and content to facilitate compelling business story-telling around GTR performance
+ Provide innovative and easy to use management reporting tools and supporting analytics across the wider team, ensuring financial reporting is accurate, and business opportunities are identifiable
+ Maintain various trackers and planners across GTR, including A&P & Discounting planners and T&E trackers
+ Analyze monthly results and highlight anomalies, investigating and correcting potential errors
Other
+ Provide support on special projects (by their nature it is difficult to define these projects as they will be driven by requirements that change)
+ Maintain Master Data information for hierarchy and cost centers
+ Manage annual capital expenditure request submission
+ Support the GTR Marketing team with ad hoc requests and analysis
What You Bring to the Table
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration or Certifications: CPA/Chartered Accountant
+ 5-7 years of relevant business experience
+ Strong financial analytic capability with a demonstrated ability to influence sound business decisions
+ Demonstrated ability and advanced knowledge of various software packages, particularly Microsoft Excel, SAP, BW, Google, Tableau, etc
+ Demonstrated oral and written communication skills with ability to clearly discuss business issues and translate into financial implications and actionable plans
+ Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to develop effective working relationships with a broad range of business associates across multiple geographic locations
+ Ability to independently plan and prioritize multiple diverse work projects to meet deadlines and manage time zone differences
+ Familiar in working with foreign currencies, exchange rates and conversion factors
+ Ability to travel, approximately 10%-15%
+ Fluency in English language
