Job Details
As an RF Supervisor/ Manager you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of Radio Frequency Design and development activities!
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the RF team in the design, development, and testing of RF systems, components, and solutions.
- Oversee the development and implementation of RF design
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the RF team
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables
- Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in EE, Electronics, or related field
- 2+ years leadership experience
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in RF design and development, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Experience with FPGA, electronics, and military-grade RF systems
- Familiarity with DOD and government standards and regulations related to RF
- Proficiency in RF design software and tools.
