Responsibilities:
- Assist in transitioning engineering prototypes into production in collaboration with the engineering team.
- Conduct, analyze, and troubleshoot a variety of antenna and RF tests, including setting up test sequences and interpreting results.
- Support circuit board and antenna assembly processes and fabrication of test fixtures.
- Diagnose and resolve product issues, providing hands-on support to ensure quality and reliability in production.
- Document test results, maintain records, and develop test reports and procedures.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by management
- Follows all DG safety procedures as per company policies and per the Facility Engineer/Safety Director
Required Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Electronics, technical training, or equivalent military experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in RF/electronics or antenna testing.
- Familiarity with setting up test sequences and interpreting test data.
- Proficiency with RF test equipment such as network analyzers, amplifiers, ohmmeters, and soldering tools.
- Knowledge of antenna tuning, Smith Charts, and basic electronic troubleshooting.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with antenna testing on aircraft is a plus but not required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
