RevOps Business Partner - VAR Inlife
Job Description:
This role supports Sage Intacct - Sage Intacct in the US is the tip of Sage’s strategic spear as we look to grow the company by knocking down barriers for our customers. The RevOps team supporting this business unit and its multi-channel GTM approach is the cream of the crop; a crew of high skill professionals versed in all facets of GTM operations across the entire customer lifecycle. As the Intacct business unit continues its growth trajectory in the US, we need to scale the support structure around it.
AS a RevOps Manager for VAR Inlife, you will be the right hand person supporting the VP of Inlife Channel Sales. You will be responsible for aligning and optimizing sales and marketing to drive predictable revenue growth. You will be leveraging data, systems, and best practices to enhance our VAR Inlife motion sales process, improve operational efficiency, and ensure a seamless customer journey. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, data analysis, and hands-on execution. Does that sound like you? If yes, we want to hear from you!
Minimum qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience at a B2B SaaS business in Revenue Operations or a similar role
- In-depth expertise with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot)
- Proficiency in using PowerBI (or similar) for data analysis and reporting
Bonus points if you:
- Are experienced in a VAR / channel sales motion (in B2B SaaS)
- Have demonstrable skills driving high NRR / NDR growth
Key Responsibilities:
Your day to day:
- You will be designing, implementing, and continuously improving sales processes to streamline the buyer journey, reduce friction and increase conversion rates.
- You will develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights into sales performance, pipeline health, and revenue forecasts.
- You will partner with sales leadership to create accurate revenue forecasts and performance targets.
- You will oversee the management and optimization of sales tech stack (e.g., CRM, sales engagement platforms, analytics tools).
- You will work closely with marketing, customer success, finance, and product teams to ensure alignment across all revenue-generating activities and initiatives.
- You will define, monitor, and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) across the sales funnel, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth.
- You will develop and execute a comprehensive RevOps strategy that supports our VAR Inlife GTM Motion and aligns with the overall business objectives.
- You will support sales leadership in designing and administering incentive compensation plans that drive desired sales behaviors and outcomes
