Job Description:
As a Revit Modeling Associate, you will play a crucial role in our design process, using your skills in Revit to create detailed models and renders that bring our innovative designs to life. Your ability to understand and accomplish project deliverables as set by the project lead, will contribute directly to our commitment to deliver groundbreaking architectural solutions that transform the spaces we live and work in.
Accountabilities:
Maintain individual time tracking, ensuring accurate logging of hours for optimal productivity and project cost control.
Demonstrate adept usage of Revit processes, creating precise architectural models and renders in line with design specifications.
Understand and accomplish deliverables set by the project lead, ensuring the completion of tasks within project timelines.
Support the design process with proficient modeling and rendering, contributing to the development and visualization of innovative design solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field is preferred.
Proficiency in Revit software is essential, with additional software skills like AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max or similar being an advantage.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, particularly within an architectural or design-focused organization.
Strong understanding of architectural design principles and practices.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work effectively within project timelines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively within a team.
