What is your mission?

The FP&A Revenue Lead will play a critical role in the financial planning and analysis function, focusing on expense management for our high-growth subscription software business. This individual will be responsible for driving insightful analysis, forecasting, and reporting on revenue, providing key stakeholders with actionable insights to support decision-making and financial strategy.

What is your responsibilities?

• Support monthly, quarterly and year-end closing activities for Americas business segment and support global functions 
• Own all aspects of revenue reporting, forecasts and variance analysis for Americas business segment.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance against key performance indicators and business objectives. Identify trends, patterns, opportunities and drivers of performance. 
• Partner with sales, sales operations and delivery teams to ensure accuracy of forecasts and timely delivery of projects. 
• Support monthly, quarterly, annual and ad hoc reporting
• Partner with controllership to ensure proper revenue recognition and alignment of processes and controls

Requirements:

What are the requirements?

• 5 years in financial planning and analysis in a high-growth subscription software or technology-driven environment in revenue and top line side - Must
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or advanced certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus. 
• Proven track record in developing and tracking KPIs, demonstrating the ability to enhance financial performance. 
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, conveying financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders. 
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and Excel; experience with financial planning software is a plus. 
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and meeting deadlines. 
• Comfortable working in a culturally diverse, global organization 
• System savvy
