🚀 About the Role
You will be a critical member of the revenue operations team responsible for go-to-market strategy & operations. In this role you will report to the Senior Director, Revenue Operations and will assist them in evaluating and optimizing sales strategy and execution across ~100 person selling team including Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, Partner team, and Sales Development Representatives. Coordination with counterparts in marketing and customer success is a must as well as a close working relationship with our technology solutions team.
🔧 Responsibilities
Account Segmentation & Territory management
Quota management and commission calculations (with finance)
Automation of reporting to facilitate democratization of data
Enforcement of Processes (MQL; rules of engagement; etc.)
Ongoing operations to support run-rate business plus new initiatives (led by Senior Director, Revenue Operations)
Ownership of operational and strategic support for business units within the broader GTM team - defining KPIs, developing operating cadence, etc.
💡 Requirements
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, Tableau, Salesforce.com
Ability to understand business problems and translate them into data questions
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
Desired Experience
Bachelor’s Degree with a preference for quantitative discipline (Mathematics; Computer Science; Economics)
1-3 years of experience in a data focused role (e.g. management consulting, investment banking, strategy & operations)
