Job Details
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field, along with 10+ years of experience in professional services or legal billing and 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Oversee billing and collections teams to ensure timely, accurate invoice preparation and payment processes while optimizing workflows.
- Serve as a key advisor on technology and system enhancements, driving process improvements in billing and collections operations.
- Manage e-billing systems, timekeeping software, and client compliance tools, coordinating system updates and staff training.
- Supervise rate management, including annual updates and adherence to client-specific guidelines during matter intake.
- Lead month-end close processes for billing and timekeeping functions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Develop and mentor staff through training, performance reviews, and professional development initiatives.
