Job Description:
As a Revenue Cycle Specialist at MainStreet, you'll play a crucial role in managing the financial health of our clinics. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Cycle Management, you'll become an integral
part of our team, ensuring smooth and efficient RCM processes from claim submission to payment completion.
Responsibilities:
- Master the MainStreet RCM process, handling a high volume of claims daily.
- Take ownership of rejected or denied claims, investigating and resolving issues with insurance companies.
- Ensure accurate and efficient data entry of payment information into our systems.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team on various projects, contributing to process improvements and automation initiatives.
- Maintain a proactive approach to identify opportunities for enhancing RCM efficiency and effectiveness.
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all RCM activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1-2 years’ experience with RCM systems preferred; medical coding knowledge is advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills and a positive, optimistic attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Standard drug screen, driving record, and background checks will be conducted.
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
