We are seeking a seasoned Permanent Revenue Cycle Manager to join our team. Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Revenue Cycle Manager, you will play a vital role in managing our revenue cycle operations. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Overseeing all aspects of revenue cycle management, including patient registration, insurance verification, billing, collections, and third-party reimbursements.
2. Developing and implementing efficient processes and strategies to maximize revenue, minimize denials, and streamline operations.
3. Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines.
4. Analyzing financial data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
5. Collaborating with other departments to optimize revenue cycle processes and resolve issues.
6. Training and supervising revenue cycle staff, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
7. Maintaining strong relationships with third parties, including insurance companies and regulatory bodies.
8. Preparing and presenting regular reports on revenue cycle performance to senior management.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in revenue cycle management, including experience in third-party reimbursement, billing, collections, and financial analysis.
2. Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven ability to lead a team to achieve exceptional results.
3. Excellent analytical skills, with a strong ability to analyze financial data and make strategic decisions based on your findings.
4. In-depth knowledge of revenue cycle processes and regulations, as well as the healthcare industry more broadly.
5. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with third parties.
6. A results-oriented mindset, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue cycle targets.
7. A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field. A master's degree would be considered an asset.
