Revenue Cycle Billing Specialist - Saber Support & Development Office

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Revenue Cycle Billing Specialist supports and develops the Business Office staff of the community to ensure the timely and accurate Revenue Cycle Billing Process.

Responsibilities/Qualifications:

• This is an in-office position in our Beachwood, Ohio location.
• Must have Skilled Nursing Home billing experience
• Experience using Matrix
• Understanding of Medicaid & Medicare
• Analyze and resolve balances on accounts
• Skilled in the Microsoft Office suite of tools including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams
• Exceptional math and problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Generate, submit and follow up on claims
• Creates timely, accurate update of collection notes
• Stay current on billing regulations and guidelines
• High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
• Ability to communicate in a positive manner, with tact, professionally, and efficiently with communities, management, agencies as well as other members of the Company.
• This is not a remote position.

Experience

• Accounting, Finance or Human Resource degree preferred, but not required.
• Must have Skilled Nursing Home billing experience.
