6 Month Contract
Monday-Friday daytime hours
Role: Onsite
Job Duties:
Responsible for the Returns process, included but notlimited to initial return validation, RMA creation in ERP system, approvalcoordination and post RMA activity as need
Work with warehouse to ensure returned material isreceived into stock quickly and accurate
Meet daily productivity / workflow expectations set bymanager
Work with Contract Manufacturers to process RMAs at theirfacility
Coordinate stock buy back scrap process
Coordinate carrier claims
Work with Transportation and Customers department to helpresolve open sales order shipment issues
Ensure a high level of customer service is delivered tointernal and external customers, in accordance with the Department objectives.
Attend or manage weekly meetings with all parties toensure quick closure to all RMAs.
Work closely with internal departments such as Sales,Operations, Accounting, Customer Service, Technical Support, and Logistics,
Effectively interprets and communicate information fromERP system.
Managing multiple mailboxes & the effective resolutionof a high volume of customer emails
Review current processes on a regular basis and implementnew processes as required
Provide RMA process training as needed
Experience:
One to three years customer service experience and/orrelated experience
Strong written and oral communication skills
SAP experience preferred
Proficient in Excel
