Position: Returns Administrator/ Customer service
Location: St. Louis, MO 63106
Duration: 6+ months contract with higher extension possibilities
40 hours a week
Shift time: 1st Shift
Pay rate: $25/hr. on W2 without benefits
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the Returns process, included but not limited to initial return validation, RMA creation in ERP system, approval coordination and post RMA activity as need
- Work with warehouse to ensure returned material is received into stock quickly and accurate
- Meet daily productivity / workflow expectations set by manager
- Work with Contract Manufacturers to process RMAs at their facility
- Coordinate stock buyback scrap process
- Coordinate carrier claims
- Work with Transportation and Customers department to help resolve open sales order shipment issues
- Ensure a high level of customer service is delivered to internal and external customers, in accordance with the Department objectives.
- Attend or manage weekly meetings with all parties to ensure quick closure to all RMAs.
- Work closely with internal departments such as Sales, Operations, Accounting, Customer Service, Technical Support, and Logistics,
- Effectively interprets and communicate information from ERP system.
- Managing multiple mailboxes & the effective resolution of a high volume of customer emails
- Review current processes on a regular basis and implement new processes as required
- Provide RMA process training as needed
Education Requirements:
- One to three years customer service experience and/or related experience
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- SAP experience preferred
- Proficient in Excel
Salary
25 - 26 /hour
