Retirement - Internal Support (FT) Fully Remote
Job Description
Full-time, fully remote, position in retirement benefits administration, working 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. Wonderful working environment with opportunity for growth. This position is full-time, hourly, and nonexempt.
Duties
- Provide support to Relationship Managers in managing client relationships
- Provide support to Compliance Specialists in completing annual year end work
- Interact with investment providers, plan sponsors, participants, and advisors
- Track communication, documents and data
- Attend team, department, and company trainings
- Manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines at the same time
- Provide backup front desk coverage
- Actively contribute to a positive team environment
- Own all procedures and tasks assigned to the Internal Support Roles and regularly update checklists
- Must meet or exceed required level of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in all measured areas
- Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Vice President
Qualifications
- Should have strong computer skills including typing and 10-key, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Ability to learn new software and processes quickly
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy of work with an ability to maintain an organized+approach to duties and responsibilities
- Must be well-organized and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Must be able to work well within a team
- Obtain RPF Certification within the first 12 months of accepting this position Education and Experience - Bachelor's degree or work equivalent preferred. Retirement plan administration experience is preferred.
Physical Requirements - This position requires the employee to be seated the majority of the work time.
