Reports To: Store Manager or Assistant Manager
General Description: This position interacts with our customers and partners to provide information in response to questions about our products, services, and to handle and resolve any issues that may arise. Responsibilities:Essential Job Functions include the following, other activities may be assigned:
- Offer excellent customer service by greeting customers as they enter the store or call on the phone, and by answering their questions concerning availability, price, and use of merchandise.
Job Duties must perform the following duties in order to achieve essential job functions, other duties may be assigned:
- Receiving and placing customer service telephone calls
- Maintaining solid customer relationships by handing questions and concerns with accuracy and professionalism
- Using point of sale system
- Resolving or escalating customer issues/complaints
- Working closely with your piers to ensure the highest level of customer service
- Be a team Player and contribute to building a positive environment
- Provide top notch customer service
- Operate point of sale system
- Assist with inventory counts
- Maintain store appearance to provide an enjoyable and safe shopping experience.
- Load or unload merchandise

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
Ability to read a limited number of two- and three-syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers. Ability to print and speak simple sentences.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
