About the Job
Habitat Bucks is seeking a full-time ReStore Specialist for the Langhorne location. The Restore Specialist plays a crucial role in driving positive change within the community through their commitment to supporting all aspects of Restore operations. This role encompasses customer service, sales, unloading donation drop-offs, warehouse logistics, merchandising, and truck operations, all contributing to sustaining Habitat Bucks. This position must thrive in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment where their efforts are self-fulfilling and provide outstanding customer service to make a difference in the Bucks County community.
As a ReStore Specialist, you will be surrounded by unique treasures and fascinating finds, such as vintage clothing and distinctive home decor pieces. Each day will bring new excitement and surprises.

Responsibilities
- Uphold store and customer service policies
- Price donation in accordant with company procedures and policy
- Delivery of excellent customer service while selling merchandise
- Organize and maintain assigned area
- Adjust to various job duties throughout the workday
- Receive and process incoming donated items
- Provide mentorship to volunteers and communicate with the Volunteer Coordinator
- Perform all job tasks assign by the ReStore Manager and Assistant Manager

The position requires clarity of vision at 20 feet or more, with or without corrective lenses, and color determination vision. Employee must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull objects up to 75 lbs. The normal work place will be in the ReStore office and retail space, which are smoke-free. Must be able work in non-temperature-controlled conditions, possibly outdoors, in warehouses, or at donor facilities.
