We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Site Planner and Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and planning retail sites that create an exceptional customer experience and drive sales. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create designs that align with our brand vision and customer experience goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design retail sites that align with the brand vision and customer experience goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, customer insights, and merchandising strategies.
• Select appropriate materials, finishes, and lighting to enhance the retail environment and create a seamless customer experience.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and obtain feedback to refine the design.
• Manage the design process from concept to installation, ensuring that designs are executed with precision and quality.
• Analyze site data and customer behavior to optimize site design and drive sales.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• 5+ years of experience in retail site planning and design, including experience designing and developing fixtures, signage, and displays.
• Proficiency in design software, such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of current trends and best practices in retail site planning and design, including experience with sustainable design practices.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
