Retail Salesperson - Find Great People | FGP

Overview:

Are you an energetic Retail Sales Representative looking for a permanent opportunity in the Winnsboro, SC area? Do you have 6 months to a year of sales or retail experience in a fast paced environment? Do you enjoy solving problems and offering excellent customer service? Description:

• Solicit and sell new or upgrade services to both new and existing customers
• Manage sales leads by tracking and following up to close new sales and customer upgrades
• Work with sales and operations team members to generate sales leads
• Review existing customer accounts to identify and close new sales and service upgrades opportunities
• Provide world-class customer service to customers, process orders for service installation, activation, or change in service
• Determine charges for services requested, collect payments, prepare change of address records, and issue discontinuance orders
• Take ownership of customer complaints concerning billing or services rendered
• Required to meet monthly sales objectives as outlined in the commission plan
• Perform other work-related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• 6 months to 1 year of related experience and/or training
• Sales experience (preferred)
• Reliable transportation

Compensation & Benefits Overview:

• $16-$20hr based on experience + commission
