Our Client, A south korean industrial chaebol, is seeking a Retail Sales Manager
Location: Midwest & East Coast
Position Type: IT Direct-Hire/Full-Time
Schedule: Remote Roles but Travel is Required to Client Sights
JOB SUMMARY:
• The Retail Sales Manager is responsible for selling Nautilus Hyosung's hardware, software, and other services/products as assigned by Director of Retail Sales.
• This requires regular interaction and follow-up with existing and new customers.
• The Retail Sales Manager will employ a "hunter” mentality to proactively engage customer conversations regarding upcoming projects, opportunities, and product development needs in order to exceed sales plan.
• The position will be responsible for forecasting, demand planning, analysis, sales process optimization, process administration and optimization, sales training, and other special projects related to sales and sales support.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Understand customer's business objectives. Be able to tie Hyosung solutions to client problems ensuring the company is viewed as a strategic partner to help clients meet their goals.
• Develop and maintain strategic account and opportunity plans with measurable time bound goals, objectives, and action plans as directed by Director of Retail Sales.
• Develop a strategic roadmap which aligns customer needs, issues, opportunities with industry best practices and NHA's offerings.
• Manage the sales process identifying opportunities, managing the funnel & forecast, negotiating to close, and driving deployment of solutions. Create and maintain org charts for major customers.
• Ensure ongoing customer satisfaction during presales and post sales engagements.
• Collaborate with customers and partners enabling them to experience greater business value from our company.
• Communicate efficiently internally and drive cross functional teams to ensure your customer's success
• Assist Director of Retail Sales with market data including market size, market share, sales forecasting, product development needs.
• Supports the consistent implementation of company initiatives.
• Builds peer support and strong internal-company relationships with other key personnel.
Meeting Notes:
• Two positions, one for the Midwest Market & another for the East Coast Market
• Four years or more in sales, sales operations, or sales management in a business-to-business or manufacturing sales environment.
• Experience with salesforce.com or other sales forecasting analytics strongly preferred.
• Experience writing sales proposals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in Power Point, Excel, Word, and Outlook
• SAP experience a plus
Salary: 80 to 95k with commission/bonus
