Family Nurse Practitioner

Marathon Health is seeking a part-time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) at our employer-sponsored health and wellness center in Indianapolis, IN.
You’ll treat individuals and families (ages 2+) in a healthcare setting that values quality of care, longer appointment times, and a more relaxed daily rhythm ― all so you can build and grow trusted relationships with your patients and help them reach their wellness goals.
Role highlights include:
- 30 hour per week position with no on call or weekend hours:
- Monday 8a-7p, Washington Square
- Tuesday 8am-12pm, Washington Square
- Wednesday 8am-5pm, PNC
- Friday 8am-5pm, Washington Square
- Note: Travel to and among Indy area locations might be necessary as an exception
- Intentional focus on preventive care and better outcomes for patients and their families
- Longer-than-average appointment times for provider visits!

Responsibilities
As a Family Nurse Practitioner at Marathon Health, you’ll deliver primary care services, conduct onsite health risk assessments, provide wellness education, support individual lifestyle changes, and help individuals manage chronic conditions.
In addition to patient-care responsibilities, you’ll also be expected to build trusted relationships with the center’s staff, and you may be responsible for providing clinical leadership, assisting with training, and overseeing the quality of care at your health center.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience practicing as a Family Nurse Practitioner in a primary care/family practice setting
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience
- Current and unrestricted state licensure
