About the Job
Position Summary:
The Sales Associate is responsible for providing high level customer service to volunteers, girls, and parents via GSSEM retail sales functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to visitors at a GSSEM Retail shop location.
- Ensure daily procedures are followed, including completing daily deposit worksheets.
- Fulfill curbside orders to be transported to other service centers.
- Fulfill requests for merchandise for camp and event orders.
- Unpack and receive deliveries.
- Organize and maintain accurate merchandise inventory.
- Oversee merchandising and restocking at a GSSEM Retail shop location.
- Other duties as assigned.
Position Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in retail sales and customer service
- Superior skills in customer relations
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Point of Sale (POS) system
- Ability to travel to other GSSEM service centers and off-site meetings as assigned
Starting salary: $15.00/hr
