Retail Planning Business Analyst requires:
-Bachelor's degree in retail, business, finance, marketing or related fields
-Strong analytical and mathematical skills - able to extract conclusions from available data
-Self-starter
-Able to use sound critical thinking to provide innovative solutions
-Strong time management & organizational skills
-Attention to detail
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Microsoft Office Experience (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
-Advanced Excel Skills
-Knowledge of Retail Math and Planning, Buying and Merchandising principles
Retail Planning Business Analyst duties:
-Collaborate across all functions including Operations, Visual Merchandising, Marketing and Communications to execute a comprehensive product and inventory strategy
-Provide weekly replenishment unit recap to the Distribution Center
-Manage Drop Tracking, Ontime Arrival to Store
-Communicate sales, inventory, and service level results weekly to Manager/Director
-Reduce excess inventory through ownership of MS recalculations and weekly/monthly inventory reviews
-Maximize store in-stock service level to maximize sales & meet consumer's needs
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 34.00 Per Hour
