Get to Know This Role
This full-time role will assist the Retail Supervisor in guiding the team towards a balance of customer engagement and operational excellence. The Operations Coordinator is responsible for ordering and setting up new products, sales reports and inventory functions and collaborates with the Gift Shop, Tours and Taproom to ensure an amazing experience for guests.

What You Will Do
- Responsible for multiple inventory processes and administrative tasks such as: retail supplies replenishment, beer and merchandise inventory; audit, transaction and reconciliation processes; Direct to Consumer (DTC) collaboration and execution, and developing and maintaining PAR (periodic automatic replenishment) levels and standards
- Provide direction and delegation of daily tasks to team members, under the Supervisor’s direction, including staff scheduling, timely breaks, incoming orders, and new product information; also work "on the floor" to support retail operations
- Assist in administrative duties such as banking and daily deposits, inventory control, TEAMS document control, maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Lead new training development and system process development for more effective retail operations
- Collaborate with Tours team, Procurement team, E-commerce, and Retail on activation points, marketing promotions alignment, and brand knowledge
- Navigate POS system to analyze sales data and trends to strategize toward maximum selling potential for retail merchandise, set up and edit product cards, and troubleshoot technologies
- Train team on POS system and daily retail operations relating to inventory, systems, and processes
- Respond to guest inquiries and assist with general Retail inquiries, Gift Cards, returns and exchanges
- Assist Retail Supervisor with candidate interviews and hiring process
Please Apply if You Have
- Associate's Degree preferred or
- or any combination of education and/or experience from which comparable knowledge, skills, and abilities have been achieved
- 2 years Retail Experience required and
- 1 year Specialty or High End Retail Experience preferred
- Experience with inventory and product ordering software platforms preferred
- Proven ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Passion for craft beer
- Ability to work collaboratively in an environment that values creativity and flexibility
- Self-motivated, energetic and positive
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Solid, practical knowledge of the Microsoft Office platform including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, guests, and the general public
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited procedures may exist
Additional Requirements to Consider Before Applying

- Selected candidate must pass a pre-employment, post offer background check.
- Candidate must be able to work Sunday - Thursday, 9 AM - 5:30 PM
