Retail Data Entry/ Inventory Specialist - Envision Eye Care

Are you a detailed person who enjoys the satisfaction of completing tasks quickly and accurately? Are you a self starter with great organizational skills?

We are looking for an accomplished data entry specialist to join our growing optometric practice. Day to day duties include:

• Placing eyewear orders into the system
• Billing claims for eyewear
• ensuring accurate invoice pricing
• oversee proper reconciliation of invoices by location
• overseeing accurate receipt and pricing of frames
• overseeing COGs benchmarks
• communicating with leadership team around COGs benchmarks
• communicating regularly with individual office locations in regards to inventory, pricing and invoices

Most aspects of this position are done via computer systems. Strong computer and communication skills are essential to success.
