Retail Customer Service Associate – Ashland, MA - Complete HR Solutions

We are looking for a Retail Customer Service Associate!

The ideal candidate is highly organized, a self-starter, who is energetic, and possesses strong

customer service and communication skills. This person must thrive in a fast paced, team

orientated environment. The right candidate will have the opportunity to expand their knowledge

and grow within the organization.

Essential responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

● Answer all incoming calls & emails, responds to inquiries, and schedules sales appointments

● Assist customers in showroom with appointment scheduling, product knowledge, and retail sales

● Resolve customer concerns/complaints using a professional approach.

● Perform office duties as needed

● Monday through Friday workweek (In Person, Ashland, MA)

Requirements:

● Must be a team player with a positive attitude

● Must have a reliable means of transportation

● Ability to follow directions & multitask

● Prior retail sales & customer service experience preferred, but not required

● Prior industry experience a plus

● Must be proficient with Microsoft word, Outlook, Excel, Google platforms (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail)
