About the Job
Job Summary: Join the Aroma360 retail team at our corporate office in Wynwood FL! As a Retail Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing projects and data/metric management. This position involves coordinating with various departments and partners to ensure the successful execution of retail-related projects and providing essential support to the Retail COO.
Essential Duties:
- Serve as the liaison for all new, relocating, remodeling, expanding, and closing stores.
- Coordinate with corporate departments and partners, including Merchandising, Store Planning, IT Support, Accounting, Real Estate, Store Supplies, Facilities, and Field personnel.
- Work on future projects involving all aspects of retail.
- Visit stores to ensure quality construction, accurate scope of work, and provide direction and support to field personnel.
- Facilitate and document procedures to improve store project effectiveness.
- Lease and store rollout data management on retail assets across the country
- Administrative support, planning, follow up, and coordinating meetings, conferences and business travel along with other general office responsibilities such as expense reporting and supplies.
- Budget tracking : Track monthly construction and/or department budgets and compliance with annual budget plan.
- PO and Invoice management: To ensure the accurate completion of vendor payments by ensuring that timeline prioritization, follow-up and accuracy.
- Reviewing all hybrid employees' expense reports and highlight any discrepancies.
- Salesforce reporting to find vital information such as sales figures, metrics, client information, etc.
- Actively maintain daily Director's expenses and prepare and gather all receipts and/or documentation and submit by 1st of the month.
Store Data/Metric Management
- Respond to field inquiries about Work Force Management, Payroll, traffic, and sales metrics.
- Monitor and update daily reports.
- Monitor and update vendor invoices, contracts, leases, etc.
- Communicate field sales reporting to leadership regularly.
- Manage data analytics portals and dashboards for corporate and field use.
- Report monthly store sales to property management.
- Apply for business tax license for new store openings.
Education/Experience
- Retail store experience preferred.
- MUST be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Salesforce proficient preferred.
- Accounting background a plus.
- Associate's degree or relevant work experience preferred.
