We are looking for a motivated and experienced Retail Consultant to join our team. Roles and Responsibilities:

- Provide personalized and attentive service to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers with product selection, inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns effectively.

- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive selling, upselling, and cross-selling of products.
- Utilize product knowledge and sales techniques to drive profitability and maximize store revenue.

Merchandising and Inventory Management:
- Implement merchandising standards to optimize product presentation and visual appeal.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and ensure accurate product availability on shelves.

Retail Operations Support:
- Assist in managing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards throughout the retail space.

Product Knowledge and Training:
- Stay updated on product features, benefits, and promotional offers to effectively educate customers and team members.
- Conduct training sessions for retail staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.

Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat customers and local community members.
