Job Title: Seasonal Retail Associate (Key Holder)
Location: Tyson Galleria - 2001 International DR Mclean VA 22102
Shift: 11am - 7pm (Monday - Sunday flexibility) - guaranteed 40 hours per week
Duration: 3 Month Contract
Pay Rate: $21/hr. - $23/hr. on W2 (Full Benefits: health, dental, vision, & 401k eligibility)
Must Haves
- Previous retail experience, preferably in high-end or luxury women’s clothing, is highly desirable.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays during the peak season
- A passion for providing outstanding customer service and a strong understanding of customer needs in a luxury retail environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers and team members effectively.
- A keen interest in fashion trends and the ability to represent the brand's aesthetic and values.
Pluses:
- Experience in a supervisory or key holder role is a plus.
Day to Day:
Insight Global is assisting a client in high-end women's retail clothing to identify a Seasonal Retail Associate (Key Holder). As a Key Holder, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales during our busy seasonal period. This position requires a strong understanding of luxury retail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
Key Responsibilities
• Customer Service Excellence: Provide a high level of personalized service to all customers, ensuring a welcoming and engaging shopping experience.
• Sales Support: Assist in achieving store sales goals by actively promoting products, upselling, and providing product knowledge to customers.
• Team Leadership: Support the management team in training, mentoring, and supervising staff, ensuring that all team members deliver exceptional service and adhere to store policies.
• Operational Duties: Assist with daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
• Sales Reporting: Monitor sales performance and assist in reporting sales metrics and performance trends to management.
• Problem Solving: Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Loss Prevention: Help maintain store security and loss prevention procedures, ensuring that all items are accounted for and that the store is safe for both customers and employees.
Compensation:
$21/hr. to $23/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
