We are a thriving boutique retailer located in the bustling heart of Soho on Prince Street. Currently, we're on the lookout for an experienced and personable Assistant Sales Manager to join our dynamic team.
As the Assistant Sales Manager, you'll play a pivotal role working closely with our Store Manager to ensure the seamless operation of our store. Your responsibilities will encompass various facets of retail management, from staff training and supervision to implementing strategies aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and driving sales.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate in the day-to-day activities of a vibrant retail environment, including scheduling and training staff members.
Focus on achieving sales targets and elevating Units Per Transaction (UPT) metrics.
Provide guidance to Sales Associates, fostering a culture of exceptional performance, product knowledge, and customer service.
Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service and employing effective sales techniques to foster lasting customer relationships.
Contribute to merchandising and styling efforts to enhance the store's visual appeal.
Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings.
Cultivate a positive and cohesive team spirit that fosters collaboration and productivity.
Qualifications:
A genuine passion for fashion and a flair for salesmanship.
1-2 years of experience in a similar Assistant Manager role within the fashion retail sector.
Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of coaching and motivating teams to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
An outgoing and approachable demeanor, with the ability to connect with customers effortlessly.
Flexibility to work a full-time schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50lbs, as required by the role.
