Position overview:
We are seeking a Store Assistant Manager who will oversee daily operations, ensuring that both the team and the store perform at their best. In this role, you will handle various tasks such as cashiering, customer service, and maintaining store cleanliness. You will also support specific functions related to training, sales and marketing, or operations.
What You'll Do:
- Customer Service:Provide excellent service, assistcustomers with self-kiosks, handle complaints and promote loyalty programs.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment.
- Inventory control:Manage stock levels, ensure proper product placement, and oversee vendor relationships.
- Team leadership:Involvedin hiring, training, and coaching staff, managing communication and scheduling.
- Sales Performance:Monitor store performance against sales goals and manage gas pricing and reporting.
What You Bring:
- Retail experience preferred, with focus on team management and training.
- Strong communication skills, adaptability, and customer-centric mindset.
